Technology
Planar Magnetic technologies differ radically from conventional magnetic technologies

because they don't utilize magnet wire. Instead, windings are made from stamped

copper foil lead frames and double-sided or multilayer PCB.

The PCB and lead frames are stacked with interleaving
insulators interconnected and inserted into a flat Ferrite core to build

the designed Planar Magnetic device.

The State of the Art stamping technologies implemented by Ozon Stamping

allow us to supply pre-tooled precision quality components at competitive prices

and in high quantities. Using Planar Magnetics components supplied by

Ozon Stamping enables you to simplify production of Planar Magnetic

devices and reduce production costs.
